Michigan-based ceramicist Elysia V. created the Vitrine Chair in 2022. This large, clear acrylic chair was filled with a variety of materials to question our relationship with design and the objects we deem “functional.”
Elysia started Manual Project as a series of collaborations with other artists and designers. This book and poster series were built to showcase her work. These “Manuals” were distributed to a variety of US galleries and art fairs.
